Locally owned commercial property management company seeking Porter/maintenance person. The Porter hours are am-7am -3pm. Flexible. 8 hours a day.
Porter duties:
Restrooms: Wipe sinks, wipe all metal, restock paper supplies, sweep floors, clean toilet if needed
Vacuum or sweep hallway floors
Vacuum or sweep, stairs landings and handrails as needed
Remove garbage if necessary
Maintain lobby and entry way floors and appearance
Dust light fixtures as needed
Remove debris from sidewalks, tree pits, flower beds and parking lots
Water exterior flowers
Dusting
Hand rails and supports
Lobby walls, baseboards and ceilings
Furnishings, plants
General
Maintenance the professional appearance of your assigned building
Sweep or blow off sidewalks daily
Remove trash and debris from parking areas
Change light bulbs
Touch up paint (as needed or instructed)
Collect garbage and recyclables if necessary
Check grounds for signs of water leak or sprinkler damage
Reporting damage or items in need of repair
Reporting items in need of preventive maintenance
