Equipt Aquatics is seeking a swimming pool maintenance technician to join our team! This individual is a hardworking, honest, and positive individual who can take direction as part of a team while also being able to carry out independent responsibilities. A perfect fit for those interested in working independently and ready to accept some freedom and responsibility! A key attribute in becoming a successful Pool Tech is the ability to problem solve! An eye for detail and the ability to carry out job responsibilities neatly and organized are crucial.
Applicants with commercial swimming pool experience will receive substantial pay!
Applicants with residential swimming pool experience are welcome to apply.
Pay will be based on experience!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Cleaning and vacuuming commercial swimming pools, testing pool water, balancing water chemistry, communicating with the maintenance team while troubleshooting issues, minor equipment repair, and other pool duties.
This is a full-time position!
Our pool route covers accounts in Austin (North/South), Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, Taylor, and Pflugerville regions.
A company truck will be provided. Must have a driver's license and be 18 years or older. We offer competitive pay based on experience and willingness to help the team succeed! Our rapid growth is due to our successful team effort and ability to work hard!
