Job Description:·

The Operations Coordinator will facilitate all billboard-related tasks between contractors and the company. To be successful in the role, The Operations Coordinator will need to work well without direct supervision and will need to be able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will manage, track projects, and adjust workflow with vendors to ensure the company’s billboard portfolio is operational

Oversee contractor scheduling, monitor projects, and ensure all projects are performed timely

Manage and track projects and adjust operational workflow to be more efficient.

Work closely with the Real Estate team on under-contract, under-construction, new, and existing billboards.

Manage external subcontractors on all maintenance requests.

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure billboards are in good standing with great visibility to support new marketing campaigns.

Implement routine inspections of trees and other vegetation blockage and structural integrity.

Always ensure operational efficiency of all locations.

Special projects as needed.

General understanding of various repairs and maintenance tasks

Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, welding, electrical, and carpentry

Desired Skills, Requirements and Experience:

2+ years of operations is preferred

Extremely goal & result oriented

The ability to organize and prioritize work independently

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required

Experience in project managing is required

Knowledge of and/or experience in outdoor advertising is a plus
