Part-time Aquarium / Water Fixture technicians needed ASAP! $15 per hour plus tips. Same day pay available via most common apps. Tips paid out after customer pays for service.
Fish Nerd Aquatics, LLC, is growing fast and we are seeking part-time techs to service or maintain fresh and saltwater aquariums and waterwalls, waterfalls, and fountains. Our techs also provide general labor during the construction and installation process. Most work is indoors. On the job training will be provided. Must have valid Texas drivers license, good driving record, and pass pre-employment criminal background check. Must be comfortable driving a large van. Must be able to lift 40lbs. Jobs are both at commercial and residential locations.
The ideal candidates will be friendly, professional, and detail oriented. Ideal candidates will have experience in fresh or saltwater aquarium keeping and have worked on their own or others’ aquarium life support systems (such as sumps, canister filters, hang on back filters, UV sterilizers, protein skimmers, pumps, auto top off systems, dosing pumps, etc.).
Flexible hours. The more you are available, the more hours you will get. Perfect for someone who wants a side job. Most jobs can be done late afternoon, early evening, or on the weekends.
Most jobs are billed by onsite time; therefore, you will be paid by hours onsite (not travel time). There are jobs that we bill port-to-port and on those you will be paid for travel time to and from home base.
