Local, owner-operated laundromat and car wash seeking part-time maintenance contractor.
Familiarity with and safe use of tools and products -- those typically to upkeep a facility and make minor repairs -- is required. Must be able to: complete duties within an approximate two-hour time period; perform full flexion, rotation, and bending to reach surfaces; lift 40 lbs.; communicate effectively when speaking or writing.
This is a fast-paced, client-centered setting with many repeat customers at a steady flow -- we are looking for an energetic, positive, and knowledgeable person to match.
Contractor will be scheduled for 5 weekday shifts approximately 2 hours each. Early mornings preferred but negotiable.
