We have about 75 apartment units in Georgian Acres around I-35 and 183 and we are looking for a go to maintenance technician. We have all materials stored on site, keys stored in a key-box, and a list of work orders for someone to make additional income each week. Whoever helps on the work orders will have the first right at makereadies and even potentially the occasional unit renovation dependent on capacity.
We are looking for either have a qualified maintenance tech or a makeready crew who can also handle work orders. We will likely have as much work as you can handle.
Traits that we are looking for:
1. Organized and communicative.
2. Though not mandatory, bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
3. Scope they need to be proficient in are appliance maintenance, sheetrock repair / paint, hardware, and other misc scope such as window repair.
4. You will not be responsible for AC or Plumbing work orders.
