Activate Pressure Washing (www.ActivatePressureWashing.com) looking to hire 1 employee. We are a small, local company looking for an individual who is hungry to grow with us.
Initial position we are looking to fill is our Power Washing Helper position. This position has fast growth potential and may eventually lead to a Crew Chief position.
Compensation starts between $18 - $20 per hr, based on relevant experience and has commission-based growth potential.
Eligible candidates must have:
- Related work history (experience power washing driveways, sidewalks, decks, siding, etc. Washing windows, etc.)
- Valid Texas drivers license
- Clean criminal history
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable phone
- Ability and drive required to perform various daily service tasks required
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Meet partner at our warehouse in the morning and load up materials. Drive to job site, unload materials. Power wash and/or window clean either residential or commercial property. Communicate with customer in a professional, courteous manner. Maintain receipts, fuel levels, all equipment, etc. Communicate effectively and efficiently with your supervisor at all times.
Compensation: Negotiable, based on applicant's qualifications, experience, etc. Will be either paid per day, per job, on commission, or per hour - all up for discussion, based on experience. Starts no less than $18/hr. Potential for growth based on experience.
Opportunity to develop position into a manager/crew leader position and an ales position who is eventually in charge of supervising other workers and developing new sales leads.
