(Overview)
A local box-truck company is seeking top-tier Driver and Helper teams to join our growing fleet. You will be responsible for delivering and installing Lowe’s appliances in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Strong communication with dispatch and a commitment to safety are essential to meeting contract objectives and delivering excellent customer service.
(Qualifications)
-Minimum 21 years old
-Minimum 5 years of continuous, verifiable work history (no employment gaps)
-Verifiable work references (references will be contacted)
-Four (4) references: two family and two non-family
-Own tool set (a provided tool list will be supplied to qualified candidates)
-Ability to pass a drug screen and submit to random testing
-Clean criminal record (no felonies, misdemeanors, or DUIs)
-Family-oriented; alignment with a family-owned business culture
-Ability to load a box truck within 30 minutes or less
-Ability to provide proof of delivery and installation
-Clear communication with dispatch upon arrival and upon completion of installation
-Availability for a seven-day-a-week contract, with flexibility to rotate weekends (willing to work 2 weekends per month)
(Grounds for Termination)
-Non-compliance with uniform policy (navy blue shirts, navy blue pants/shorts, black shoes)
-Lack of reliable transportation
-Repeated lateness or uncommunicated delays (written warnings issued; route opportunities may be paused)
-Improper disposal of trash or leaving the truck unclean
-Inappropriate conduct with customers (arguments or disputes)
-Uncommunicated lateness on routes
Repeated low performance scores (below 90%)

-Employment type: 1099 Contractor
Pay cadence: weekly
-On-time performance bonuses: Issued every 90 days for teams with high customer satisfaction and no missed workdays
(Routes & Performance Standards)
Routes are assigned to teams that:
-Communicate proactively with dispatch
-Maintain delivery/installation scores of 90% or higher
-Deliver on time and provide excellent customer service
We prioritize consistent, high-quality performance and a positive customer experience
(Damages, Inspections & Accountability)
-Damages: You are responsible for damages caused by your actions; deductions may be applied from weekly pay
-Pre-existing damages: If an item is damaged at the loading dock, document with photos prior to loading; failure to document may result in charges
(Onboarding & Safety)
-Safety training and onboarding will be provided
-Adherence to all safety protocols and company policies is required
