I am looking for someone to work full-time as a property maintenance and repair person for a self-storage property management company. This is a Monday to Friday full-time position with your primary responsibility being landscaping cleaning and general tideness of all the facilities we have under management. including but not limited to Landscaping, trash pickup, door repair, light construction, unit make-readies, auction support, and abandoned unit cleanouts. Must have a Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record, cell phone, and basic set of tools.
Must Speak English.
