Home with dog, swimming pool, several acres of grounds and car park.
Seeking a reliable and dedicated groundskeeper/property manager to maintain all aspects of the property and always seeking to enhance the overall appearance of property. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to ensure order, cleanliness and viability of the property.
-Monitor and inspect irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, or other equipment, promptly repairing or if necessary contracting necessary repairs.
-Maintain vehicles
-Maintain driveway, yards and regularly perform light trimming of trees and removal of debris.
-Maintain gate and other systems that are required for security.
-Mow lawns and operate a lawnmower safely.
Qualifications & Requirements: Must possess the following abilities:
-Prefer prior experience of landscaping or groundskeeping.
-Good communication and interpersonal.
-Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
-Ability to operate small hand tools and power equipment.
-Ability to drive and park cars in tight parking spaces.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and car.
