Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can learn a skilled trade and grow within a great team? Spray Foam Tech, a leading spray foam insulation company, is looking for a Spray Foam Helper to assist with insulation projects. No experience? No problem! We provide training to help you succeed. General Labor experience is minimum requirement.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead spray foam technicians with insulation applications
Load and unload materials and equipment
Prep job sites by covering and protecting surfaces
Operate basic tools and cleaning equipment
Follow safety procedures and ensure job site cleanliness
Support the team in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license preferred
Experience in construction or insulation is a plus but not required
