Based on Qualifications - $18 - $21 hourly
Must have open availability for BOTH Saturdays and Sundays. Shifts will consist of 2 weekday shifts, and 2 weekend shifts.
SUPERVISOR:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boarding department and a team of 5-10 employees
Work closely as a team with the Director of Operations to successfully run business.
Responsible for communicating with the Director of Operations, Front Desk Personnel, Groomers, and other Employees regarding changes or abnormalities with any pet, and help coordinate any services or activities a client has requested for their pet
Knows how to work with each type/breed of pet in a safe manner
Administer medications and make sure each pet in the facility has its needs met completely
Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep Kennel operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team
Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Stay N Play Pet Ranch
Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities to the team to ensure smooth flow of operations
Develops and maintains positive relationships
Utilizes and demonstrates effective management principles and practices to create and maintain a successful team resulting in an environment of value and respect
Although this is a supervisory position, this position requires you to be a working member of your team and be a hands-on manager. You must lead by example and follow all company procedures and policies.

Helps maintain interior and exterior of the property and all related issues
Follow through with all emergency procedures and insure staff are trained in such
Experience/Expectations:
Previous management, kennel, or vet experience required
Extremely organized with high attention to detail
