We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Welder Helper/Laborer to join our team! This position offers hands-on experience in welding, along with general labor duties. No prior welding experience is required, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
Responsibilities: Assist welders in setting up and preparing materials for welding. Handle and move materials, tools, and equipment.Perform basic welding tasks under the supervision of experienced welders. Clean and maintain work areas, including equipment and tools. Load and unload materials from trucks. Perform other general labor tasks as needed.
Requirements: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. Basic understanding of tools and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to job sites.
