We are in need of a litigation paralegal. This position will require 40 hours / week with the opportunity for more. We are located close to the courthouse and provide parking. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal correspondence for civil and criminal cases
Filing pleadings in all courts (including Federal and bankruptcy court)
Assist with case and file management (including keeping records in cloud database)
Bookkeeping and office management may be included
Job Qualifications:
Must have good attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
