Location / Work Environment:
This is a remote role for Texas residents only. Ideal locations include Dallas, Houston, or Austin. Remote daily work with travel required up to once per month for on-site event support. Most travel will be within Texas, with occasional out-of-state travel if needed.
About Us:
We produce live music events and artist showcase performances in multiple cities. Our shows primarily take place in Texas, California, and New York, with occasional events in Florida, Georgia, and Illinois. We are seeking someone with real experience in live events, concerts, festivals, venue operations, or entertainment production.
Responsibilities:
Assist management with booking artists and confirming performance details.
Call, text, email, and follow up with artists and their teams.
Coordinate venues, staffing, production needs, and event logistics.
Manage event budgets and expense tracking.
Process artist payments and maintain accurate records.
Attend live events and work on-site as needed, primarily evenings and weekends.
Travel up to once per month for event support.
Maintain consistent, organized communication across the team and with venues and artists.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working in live events, concerts, showcases, festivals, or similar environments.
Comfortable communicating with artists, venue teams, managers, and staff.
Organized, reliable, and confident with follow-up and scheduling.
Willing and comfortable making phone calls when needed.
Able to work independently in a remote setting and manage priorities.
Must currently live in Texas and be able to travel occasionally.
