We are an Experiential Design and Fabrication company in Austin that services the US coast-to-coast. Our clients are both domestic and international brands that seek to produce amazing experiences and increase their reach and impact. Our team is growing rapidly and we are looking for some solid candidates to grow with us. One of the primary positions currently open is a Project Manager position. Our industry is quite a varied and creatively volatile one, with very tight deadlines and large budgets. The expectations are often high, bordering unrealistic, and we aim to deliver every time.

Some of the things we do:

We produce large physical brand assets, such as giant logos, pop-up shops, airstream trailer conversions etc.

We manage and produce events

We design and build trade show booths

We design and build full environmental experiences for music festivals

We design and build retail environments (pop-ups, store-in-store, full retail stores, etc.)

This is why we need a highly organized manager to keep communication of expectations smooth and to ensure that both quality and deadlines are not sacrificed.

Your duties may include:

- Manage client communications

- Vet creative briefs with the clients

- Set project scope along with client and team expectations

- Track deliverables

- Communicate project status and manage scope

- Manage budgets

- Allocate project resources

- Evaluate and assess result of project

- Creating work back schedules together with the production and design teams

- Traveling to events to manage installations and strikes

- On-site client management

- Securing logistics

- And much much more.....

You must...:

- Be a critical thinker and problem solver

- Have excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

- Have a focused attention to detail

- Have strong knowledge of Google G-Suite (docs, sheets etc), Excel, Adobe, and Word (or Pages)

- Have strong math and organizational skills

- Be a team player

- Have strong computer skills (Mac preferred)

- Have a great sense of humor

- Not have claustrophobia (our office is small and there are many of us...., we will remodel soon)

- Be willing to travel

- Be willing to work nights and weekends if needed

Background & Experience

- 3-4 years experience in an event production, fabrication, experiential marketing, or another creative deadline driven environment specifically in a PM role

(Less experience is fine, if you think you have the chops).
