We have 2 shits available, 6am-3pm or 1pm-10pm. Monday-Friday.Kelly Is seeking CSR's for a temporary assignment starting in January Voted TOP WORK PLACES 2016 2017 in Austin Perks:Awesome work environment which includes a work out area Monthly team building events for staff A dog-friendly work environment Last but not least a splendid kitchen/break areaDescription:Customer Service Representatives provide information and assistance to attendees of small to large corporate events for a variety of clients. Professional and friendly verbal and written communication are the main requirements. Client provides training on the tools you will use and access to necessary information as well as an escalation path for questions and scenarios not covered in the documentation. Need to be able to walk someone through clearing cache and cookies, reference FAQ material before skyping a manager and they will need to be very pleasant and patient.Responsibilities:Answering phones in a timely manner with a professional and pleasant demeanor. CSRs are responsible for monitoring their own phone status On Queue to ensure they are able to take the next incoming call. Responding to emails within your event within 24 hours.This is a team effort, and all CSRs must contribute as equally as possible. Contractually obligated to answer emails within one business day. Responding to live chats if required by the event. Currently only one client uses chat. CSRs are responsible to ensure they are in available mode to receive the next incoming chat. Voicemail: Appointed CSRs will be responsible for checking and responding to voice mails on their assigned events every work day.Candidates must have a cell phone capable of accommodating a couple of free apps for secure logins.The pay rate will be $17 per hour.2 openings to start on January6th. This will be an AM shift (7:45 am - 4:45 pm), ending April 18th.We will do in-office training the first week, and then it will be a remote position.I CSR opening to start onJanuary 14th.
