This is a full-time position. Our company specializes in fabricating and installing monument signs, awnings, banners, channel letters, interior and exterior signage, pole/pylon signs, and custom cabinet signs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Apply paint using various techniques including sprayers, brushes, and rollers.
- Assemble and fabricate components as required for specific projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial painting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
