Are you a morning person looking for a fun, fast-paced job where you can wear pajamas, never deal with customers face to face, and make fun birthday party decor?

We're an online print shop; we custom print people's faces with birthday hats on funny party banners, straws, confetti, and more. We've been around 10 years on Etsy and are looking for a great person for a full-time, permanent gig with us.
What you'll be doing:
- Working Mon - Friday 5-7 am thru 12-2 pm (shift is flexible on start and end times)
- Crafting orders (think gluing faces on straws, bagging confetti, stringing banners, placing stickers on cups)
- Printing and Organizing Orders
- Packaging Orders
- Dropping Orders with USPS at the end of your shift (our local USPS is 5 minutes away)
- Loading and Cutting face prints on Silhouette Machines (paper cutters)
Preferred Experience:
- Packaging and shipping orders
- Working with any small business 50 employees or under
- Any experience working with Cricut machines or Silhouette Machines (cutters) a huge plus
- Any experience with Photoshop not required, but a huge plus
- Etsy shop platform experience
- Crafting with a low heat glue gun
- Experience working with a print shop, screen printing or trophy shop/similar a plus
The best person for this job has a 'can do' vibe, thrives wearing multiple hats with a small business, and will love the early morning to early afternoon shift.
Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience, elective for a salary in the range of $35000-45000 yearly or $20-30 per hour.
Introductory pay will be $18-20/hr depending on experience and probationary period for training will last 30 days.
After 1 year of employment you're eligible for PTO benefits along with a healthcare monthly stipend.
Typically our work weeks range 30-35ish hours per week during our busy season (January- August) and 25-30 during our slow season (September-December)
As a small business we strive to pay every employee a living wage for this area, and we have very low turnover with our full time employees. We make sure our working environment, while fast-paced since we print daily orders, is a fun safe haven for us all.

We're a female owned and operated online print shop that's been on Etsy 10 years as of 2025! We specialize in making bachelorette party and birthday party decor items from photo and glitter paper. We start early in the AM so we can be finished by around 1-2 pm every day- we're all early morning people and love feeling like we get 2 days out of 1. We're a small group but diverse in age and interests.
We're based from a home office and love that environment rather than a rented office.
We watch reality TV, movies, and listen to podcasts as we craft. We dress up or wear pajamas- whatever we feel comfortable in that day! We're fairly flexible and know we all have lives and are very anti-stress and anti-drama in the workplace. We're a group that wants to get the job done but doesn't take ourselves too seriously (at least we try- Mondays are still Mondays here but we make them as enjoyable as possible!).
