Elder Mitsubishi is a locally owned volume dealership looking for an experienced, high-energy Billing Clerk for one of our stores who is self-driven and goal-oriented to join our successful team. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Posting all New and Used car deals to fund the deposits
Follow up on missing documents and work with the Finance Department to obtain them
Maintain contract in-transit and Vehicle Receivable schedules
Accurately record the sale, profit, and commission payable on all sold units
Audit the receipt of all monies received for new and used car deals
Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness
Bank run, deposit checks, and balance credit card transactions
Route paid deals the title clerk
Audit rebates paid by the manufacturer
Provide administrative support to management, other departments, and employees as needed
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Scanning
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred
Highly organized and eager to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy, quality writing, and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service
Work with all levels of employees
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
