Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at JaCo Group Inc located in Cedar Park, TX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including customer service, managing client requests, scheduling deliveries, working with vendors, data entry, and managing spreadsheets. They will also assist with general office operations and provide support to the team as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior administrative experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
