Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
30-year-old auto restoration shop seeking friendly and experienced bookkeeper to join its fast-paced and fun environment. Offering competitive salary commensurate with experience and potential benefits package.
Ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to follow Company procedures; to work independently with minimal supervision and report to top management; to accurately record daily financial transactions; help with HR and miscellaneous office tasks.
Key strengths and skills: honesty, customer service, A/R and A/P, math and data entry skills, organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills all a must!
General duties will include:
Process payments received:
Process client’s payments, file invoices.
Generate QuickBooks Reports:
Create quarterly QuickBooks reports (including sales, deposit, and expenditure reports).
Accounts Payables:
Pay monthly bills and monitor company’s cash flow to ensure expenses are covered.
Process Payroll:
Maintain HR records and process employee payroll via ADP. Record weekly payroll into QuickBooks.
Maintain Financial Records:
Keep accurate financial records (reconcile bank and credit card statements). Maintain vendor files.
