Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $18.00/hr. with increase after 90 days based on performance
Office location: Lakeway Village Square, 1200 Lakeway Drive, Ste. 12. Lakeway, TX 78734
Desired candidate: Some administrative or general customer service experience preferred.
Benefits: Paid holidays and meals paid for by company during work hours from onsite cafe
Job Description: The administrative assistant will complete general office tasks including but not limited to: Answering customer calls and scheduling HVAC services based on client need and technician availability, Receiving and processing service invoices/payments accurately and in a timely manner, entering and maintaining warranty claim database, filing company documents as needed, other duties as assigned.
