Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Interact with individuals in the reception area
Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms
Collect payments
Notify the clinical team of patient’s arrival
Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information
Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently
Set up accounts and create charts for new patients
Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude
Assist patients in scheduling appointments
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
Fluent in English; verbal and written
Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance
Detail Oriented
Interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of Dental experience preferred
