Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Site Car Rental Associate to oversee daily operations for our car rental fleet. The role includes vehicle check-ins and check-outs through the Turo app, fleet cleanliness, basic maintenance, customer communication, and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle check-in and check-out procedures on the Turo app.
Handle vacuuming, cleaning, and basic detailing of vehicles.
Take vehicles for car washes, refueling, and routine upkeep.
Manage maintenance tasks, including oil changes, windshield repairs, and flat tire repairs.
Coordinate visits to dealerships, auto shops, and body shops as needed
Handle vehicle recovery in case of breakdowns or customer issues.
Deliver vehicles to customers when required
Manage customer handling and communication through the Turo app to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a 5-star rating by ensuring excellent customer service and well-presented vehicles.
Update lockbox codes after every trip and ensure secure key management
Maintain logs of services, repairs, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Age 25–45
Valid, clean driving license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using apps such as Turo, messaging platforms, and navigation tools
