What You’ll Do:
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
Providing administrative support to our Project Team.
Managing purchasing and dispatch tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
Supporting estimating activities and maintaining detailed records.
Answering phones, greeting office guests, and handling deliveries.
Organizing job folders and keeping workspaces neat.
Performing general office tasks like filing, copying, and printing.
Who We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a desire to excel.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and stressful industry.
Punctuality is a must—not a suggestion. We value those who are on time, every time.
Reliable and dependable (your alarm clock must work!).
Comfortable with standard office equipment and technology.
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
