Night Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Dripping Springs, TX
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (W2) | 20–35 hours/week
Schedule: Nights & weekends required. Start time of 3pm for weekdays and weekends will be dependent on our event schedule.

Position Overview:
Lucky Arrow Retreat is seeking a reliable, experienced Night Manager (10 years+) to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment, brings strong leadership skills, and has a passion for delivering exceptional experiences—especially during our busiest evenings and event weekends.
As Night Manager, you’ll oversee property operations during evening hours, assist with guest relations, support on-site events, and ensure the retreat maintains its high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. You will be the primary point of contact for both guests and staff after hours, making problem-solving and calm communication essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee nightly operations of the property (start time of 3pm for weekdays and weekends will be dependent on our events)
-Serve as the point person for guest needs, late check-ins, and after-hours inquiries
-Monitor property grounds and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and guest enjoyment
-Support on-site weddings and events, including vendor coordination and venue oversight
-Communicate with housekeeping and daytime staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts
-Respond to guest issues or emergencies with professionalism and care
-Document evening activities and escalate any urgent issues to senior leadership
Qualifications:
-Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or hotel operations
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
-Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure or guest-facing situations
-Comfortable working independently and making executive decisions
-Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Tech-savvy and familiar with reservation systems and mobile communication
-Must have reliable transportation and be able to move comfortably around the property
