Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee our daily administrative operations and manage financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, be comfortable managing HR tasks, and enjoy supporting a small but dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations
Handle full-charge bookkeeping using QuickBooks (A/R, A/P, bank reconciliation, payroll entries, etc.)
Process vendor invoices and customer payments
Manage employee records, onboarding, and basic HR tasks
Oversee supply orders, inventory records, and office needs
Coordinate with the owner and external accountant as needed
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer service support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (digital and paper)
Support the team with additional tasks or projects as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management and bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience.
Monday–Friday / 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.
