Operations Assistant needed for growing company!

Location: Remote & On The Road!

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive up to 60 miles outside of Austin for property inspections, meetings, or other business-related tasks.

Pay: $20 per hour

Role Type: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. As such, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. Payment will be made on a contract basis, and you will be required to provide your own tools and equipment necessary to perform the job duties.

As a growing company, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant.

Job Description:

As the Operations Assistant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the daily operations of our business. This role entails significant travel between properties, running errands, and includes some “desk work” as well. Responsibilities:

Property Management Support: Assist with various tasks related to Airbnb property management, including client, guest, and contractor communication, scheduling, and property inspections.

Interior Design Assistance: Aid in the coordination of design projects, including sourcing decor, furnishings, managing vendor relationships, assisting with mood boards and staging properties for optimal appeal.

Cleaning Oversight: Work closely with cleaning staff to ensure properties are cleaned to company standards, conducting quality checks as needed. Assist in managing cleaners' schedules and addressing any performance issues. Option to perform small cleaning jobs for extra money!

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including but not limited to billing, client on-boarding, creating team schedules, and supply ordering. Responsibilities encompass managing email correspondence, addressing inquiries, maintaining organized records, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.

Training and Development: Create and update training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of company processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality, business administration, or related field is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.

Proficiency in Google Suite and email communication.

Prior experience in hospitality, property management, customer support or as an assistant is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate!

Must have a computer and smartphone for remote work.
