Job Description:
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to existing customers, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products/services. You will be an integral part of our customer-focused team, contributing to our commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to inquire about their satisfaction with our products/services.
2. Address any customer concerns or issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
3. Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
4. Update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and goals.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in outbound customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.

5. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
