We are an automotive repair company offering a GOLDEN opportunity for just the right candidate! We are looking to hire someone for a hybrid position that can assist in running our front office. This position requires a few half days a week in the office (Round Rock) and the rest of the week will require you to have our company cell phone on you at all times to answer calls and texts that come in. Job responsibilities will include:
-Responding to text messages
-Answering phone calls
-Responding to email
-Scheduling jobs
-Invoicing
-Filing
-Miscellaneous small errands
To be considered for the job you MUST have:
-General automotive knowledge
-A rather quiet background for answering our cell phone when not in office
-Professional attitude and mannerisms
Pay is $600/week
