Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
- Excellent Multi-tasking and Communication skills
- Basic Computer (PC) knowledge
- Answering and Transferring Customer Calls and Requests
- Coordinating Technician Orders and Dispatch Schedules
- Invoicing Orders and Coordinating with team to keep bills up-to-date
- Collect customer payments and keeping Records up-to-date
