Hey there!

I’m looking for a Superstar Executive Assistant to be my right-hand person as I grow my conference media business into a 7-figure production company. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding.

I’m searching for someone who’s not only organized and detail-oriented but also matches my personality, work ethic, and drive. I need a sidekick who loves solving problems, keeping things on track, and building systems to create efficiencies. What You’ll Do:

Book travel arrangements.

Pack and unpack equipment for photoshoots.

Run reports and draft proposals.

Manage invoices and handle bookkeeping.

Run daily errands (local to Austin).

Create job listings, review resumes, and conduct interviews.

Review and respond to emails.

What You’ll Get:

Pay: $15/hour for the first three months then increasing to $20/hour for the first year. Negotiable increases after.

Potential travel around the country + internationally to assist on photoshoots.

High-growth potential with opportunities to grow alongside the business.

About You:

You’re detail-oriented and love keeping things organized. (I am not detail-oriented, this is important)

You enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to improve processes.

You are very responsible, and did I already say organized?

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive, proactive attitude.

You want responsibility. You want to do a great job. And you want to be rewarded for it.

You know that showing up 15-minutes early is on-time, and showing up on-time is late!

You have an interest or experience in photography or videography, travel, and events.

You’re excited about growing with a business and helping build something that makes people smile while rewarding employees and clients alike.

I’m building a business focused on creating amazing media for conferences and luxury retreats. Our team of 50+ photographers + videographers around the country provide media content to the world's best conferences. We make conferences cool and we capture EMOTION better than anyone.

Most of our team members have a background in photography + videography for high-end vacation and travel companies. Now, we are coming together to build the premier conference media production company with most of our clients hosting large shows in Las Vegas, Orlando, Nashville, Austin, and many more.
