INKUEE Management is searching for a full time Maintenance Worker to maintain the best condition and functionality of one small apartment complex and one office building. You will perform a wide variety of tasks such as make readies, painting, minor electric and minor plumbing repairs, landscaping, preventative maintenance, etc. The ideal candidate is motivated and able to work alone or in a team environment. Maintenance techs should have excellent attention to detail and knowledge of health/safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily upkeep of grounds, common areas and parking lots
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs, fixtures/outlets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Adhere to preventative maintenance schedule for heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
Assist with upkeep of landscaping to include lawns, hedge trimming, tree trimming, and weed control.
Accept vendor deliveries and assist with maintaining inventory.
SKILLS
Proven experience as maintenance tech
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and building maintenance
Ability to effectively troubleshoot a wide variety of situations
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work outside normal business hours
High school diploma or equivalent; Previous maintenance experience in the multifamily industry required
