Role:
We’re hiring Bilingual Leasing Agents (English/Spanish recommended) to bring in leads, tour prospects, and close leases across our three North Austin properties. This is a commission-based position for motivated, self-driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from your own network
- Tour prospects at ERA I, II, and III (access coordinated; weekly availability reports provided)
- Present move-in criteria: one month’s rent, government ID, proof of income
- Highlight promotions: 1 month free + $0 deposit (via deposit insurance)
- Collect move-in details and required documents
- Deliver money orders and coordinate lease with management
Compensation:
- $750 per leased 1-bedroom
- $1,000 per leased 2-bedroom
Payment schedule: 1/3 upfront, 2/3 after 90 days

- ERA I – 205 West Lola Dr.: Duplexes & single-family homes
- ERA II – 104 West Lola Dr.: Newly built 10-unit complex next to ERA I
- ERA III – 1611 Payton Gin Rd: 36-unit gated property with 1- & 2-bedrooms
