The Liberty Group is hiring for a Porter/ Grounds Keeper ASAP for an Apartment Community in Austin, TX.
Starting Pay is $17-$19 an hour based on experience.
Job Description
Pick up trash & debris from grounds
Water plants
Lawn care
Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up.
Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun).
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!
Must meet the following qualifications:
Possess a valid I.D.
Have reliable transportation
The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in and expand their skills. Apartment, Residential, Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
