Our company is currently seeking a Property/Project Manager to join our team!
We are a casual, family orientated office that owns and manages investment properties. If you have property management skills and/or construction/project management experience and are extremely organized, and proficient in technology, we would like to talk to you! We are a paperless office and offer a flexible work from home schedule several days a week.
Responsibilities:
Property Management
Secure bids, proposals & estimates for repairs/renovation
Maintenance requests & schedule work orders
Obtain estimates, bids & proposals for repairs and schedule work
Costs Projections & Capital Expense Projections
Handle all Tenant communication, emails, calls, onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, etc
Qualifications:
Enjoy working with a variety of people, talking on the phone and in-person meetings
Deadline and Detail Orientated
Motivated, self-starter that follows through and checks accuracy of work
Ability to work on your own without constant supervision
Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills
Positive, professional attitude
Proper spelling and grammar when communicating
Required:
Previous experience in property management, real estate, construction management, and/or leasing
Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proficient use and knowledge of Adobe
Proficient use and knowledge of Dropbox
Additional helpful skills
Knowledge of Yardi software
Knowledge of Quick Books
Knowledge of commercial leases
Knowledge of Triple Nets
College degree
