Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Sales experience or client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
Understanding prospect's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
Ability to achieve high sales targets
Understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Having fun while being part of the competitive team
