About You:
We’re seeking someone who:
Is crafty, enjoys making things, and loves precision work.
Can assemble Ikea flatpack furniture without instructions (seriously).
Is friendly, bubbly, and outgoing with excellent customer service skills.
Is organized, clean, and well-groomed (tattoos, alternative styles, piercings, and goth/punk aesthetics are totally cool—just rock your look!).
LOVES music of all genres, not just a few, and has a passion for guitars. Bonus if you play guitar!
Enjoys meeting musicians and bands, attending shows, and engaging on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
About the Job:
This is an entry-level position where you’ll learn everything about lutherie—from guitar repair and wiring to soldering, setups, and even building guitars from the ground up in a production setting. No prior experience in the field is required; we’ll train you every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Repair guitars and perform setups.
Learn advanced skills like wiring, soldering, and working with luthier tools.
Build guitars from scratch in a manufacturing environment.
Organize and maintain the shop and tools.
Train on various machinery in a hands-on production setting.
Participate in social media content creation and filming.
