Architectural Tile & Stone (ATS) is looking for a Purchaser. We are a family owned company that has been in business for over 26 years. This position includes shipping and receiving of tile and slab orders. More details below:
- Entering tile parts
- Checking stock, freight and lot photos of tile
- Ordering tile once orders have been approved.
- Placing slabs on hold at other slab yards
- Ordering slabs once orders have been approved.
- Ordering consumables for our fabrication shop
- Order samples per sales' request and coordinating when they arrive.
- Invoice orders as they arrive
- Coordinate with vendors for freight, ETA and purchase orders
- Computer and Phone-related tasks
- Assist with handling monies associated with balances due.
- Assist in inventory.
- Assist installers with tile pick ups
- Go into tile warehouse and review product, verify what orders are still present, be the link between sales and the warehouse.
- All essential duties necessary for completion or performance of the job as directed by management.
SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKING a huge plus
Requirements:
- High School Degree
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel
- Organized and detailed, able to multi-task
- Knowledge of tile and stone industry a PLUS
- Knowledge of construction materials a PLUS
