About Inner Grandma™

Inner Grandma™ is a lifestyle brand that celebrates modern nostalgia — a cozy rebellion for a world that moves too fast. We’re reimagining the art of slow living through meaningful products, thoughtful design, and a touch of whimsy.

As we prepare for our January 2026 brand launch, we’re seeking a highly organized, hands- on Warehouse Manager to build and manage our growing operations. This is a part-time, hourly position with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the business scales.

The Role

The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in setting up our warehouse operations and ensuring smooth, efficient order fulfillment. You’ll be the backbone of our physical operation — keeping things organized, accurate, and running like clockwork.

In December, you’ll help lay the groundwork for launch by assisting with warehouse setup, inventory receiving, and order testing. Once we launch, you’ll oversee daily operations, including product receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Launch (December 2025):

● Assist with initial warehouse setup and organization

● Receive and inspect incoming products from vendors and suppliers

● Establish inventory systems in Shopify and ensure product accuracy

● Conduct test orders to confirm shipping workflows and packaging standards

Post-Launch (January 2026 and beyond):

● Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory tracking, order

fulfillment, and returns

● Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently

● Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse space

● Lead and train part-time staff and seasonal team members as operations grow

● Collaborate with the Founder and cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer experience) to ensure fulfillment supports brand goals

● Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce shipping costs

● Uphold brand standards for product presentation and packaging

● Ensure compliance with all safety and shipping requirements

Qualifications

● 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or operations experience (e-commerce preferred)

● Shopify order fulfillment experience required

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

● Experience managing or training small teams

● Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

● Positive, proactive attitude — a true team player who’s ready to grow with the brand

● Comfortable working in a start-up environment where flexibility and initiative are key

Schedule & Compensation

Part-Time (December 2025–March 2026): 20–25 hours/week

Full-Time (Spring 2026 and beyond): 40 hours/week

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Location: On-site at our Austin warehouse (5555 N. Lamar Blvd, Suite K116)
