OCC Staff Technician (Austin)
compensation: $38k-$45k base, paid vacation

Requirements:
IT troubleshooting experience
Detailed knowledge of Windows server, network troubleshooting
Active Directory management experience
Curiosity and drive
Desired:
Mac OS X
Microsoft Exchange
Cisco Certification/experience with ASA, PIX, and UC devices
Linux experience
AWS management
