We are seeking highly qualified Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 Security Guards for a professional retail security position in North Austin.
This role requires a polished appearance and commitment to providing exceptional service in a retail environment. Guards will wear a suit and tie, upholding a professional image that reflects the high standards of the establishment. (You must provide your own dark colored suit).
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of the retail space, performing regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence.
Display professionalism, including appropriate attire and demeanor, to provide a secure and welcoming environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client and guest needs and inquiries professionally and courteously.
Respond promptly to emergencies and support store management with de-escalation and conflict resolution as needed.
Complete thorough and accurate reports on any incidents, ensuring documentation is detailed and professional.
Qualifications:
Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 Security License: Valid Texas security guard license at the designated level.
Professional Appearance: Suit and tie dress code adherence and polished communication style.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage respectfully with clients and guests, offering assistance with professionalism and courtesy.
Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality, integrity, and work ethic.
Vigilance and Attention to Detail: Observant and proactive in addressing security risks or suspicious behavior.
Adaptability and Calm Under Pressure: Ability to manage evolving situations with a composed, solution-focused approach.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in retail security or customer-facing roles.
Training in de-escalation and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with retail security protocols.
