Job Summary
TheCommercial HVAC/R Sales Representative is an outside sales position, tasked
with increasing market share and business revenue growth by selling Elite products and
services to new clients, and ongoing management of acquired accounts. The primary
role will be selling planned maintenance agreements. The sales representative will be
assigned several hundred commercial account records from which to prospect for
business.
Qualifications and Skills
Commercial HVAC/R Experience is Required
The Ability To Cold Call
The Ability To Work With A CRM
The Ability To Set First Appointments
High School Diploma Required and Mechanical Engineering or Trade School
Degree a Plus.
A Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
Good Written and Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Self-Starter and Team Oriented
A Positive Attitude
