Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales-person to join our team on a commission-only basis. We are seeking a 100% commission-based sales-person who will be paid for new residential customer bookings.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new residential customer bookings.
Promote Impeccable Home's services and capabilities to prospective residential customers.
Compensation
Commission Structure:
$40 for a new customer's 1st and 2nd completed cleanings and $20 for the same customer's 3rd completed cleaning. As an example, if you acquire a new residential cleaning customer and they perform two cleanings with us, we will pay $40 for their first completed cleaning and $40 for their second completed cleaning, for a total of $80. A 1099 will be issued for all commissions earned.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
