We are seeking 1-2 driven sales team members to join our staff in lead generation. This job would include driving to/from construction sites (sometimes the roads are rocks or dirt), building relationships and, of course, making money.
You will be taught the basics of construction and what we do. Each construction trailer is a chance to gain a lead in 3 different trades. Each trade is bid separately, so more money for you! All you need to do is get the lead and pass it off to our ownership team. We take it from there.
Requirements:
Construction experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
Sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
Have a clean cut appearance
Genuinely a good person (as a reflection of ownership)
Driven to grow with our businesses
Reliable Vehicle (lots of driving, compensation will be included for miles)
1-2 days per week, can move to full time work for the right candidate
Bonuses will be offered for the number of leads and the overall bids submitted as a result of your work. Larger bonuses for projects we are awarded (up to $1000's depending on size of project)
You can expect at least 1 lead per 3 site visits. Some leads will be given to you through our estimator. Even if its given to you, you still get paid for it.
If you excel in entry construction sales, you can move up to full commission sales. Since we are a multi-faceted company and bid multiple scopes, you have the opportunity to make more than other sales people in this industry (and most others). Most sales positions in construction only bid 1 scope of work, we bid 3 different ones sometimes on the same project!
Compensation: $80 / day + up to $15 per lead + mileage reimbursement + incentive bonuses for bids submitted and awarded
Further compensation can be given, at owner discretion, if you are interested in continuing a relationship with the customer.
If you are good and start bringing in work, you will be moved up to a bigger sales position immediately. We have the flexibility to pay the right person very well.
