All American Fence Repair is seeking a motivated Inside Salesperson to handle incoming/outbound leads, follow up with customers, and close repair and installation jobs. The ideal candidate will have great phone skills, a professional attitude, and the drive to turn inquiries into scheduled jobs.
You’ll work directly with homeowners and businesses who need same-day or next-day fence repair services, helping them understand our options, pricing, and scheduling availability.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries about fence repairs
Provide quick and accurate repair estimates (training provided)
Follow up on open quotes and past leads to close sales
Schedule jobs and coordinate with field crews
Maintain notes and records in our CRM or job tracking system
Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication

Must have own reliable transportation
Excellent communication and phone manners
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Basic understanding of construction or fencing is a plus
