Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Meet with potential customers, provide estimates, and close sales.
Build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
Job Scheduling & Project Management
Plan and schedule jobs to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
Crew Management
Supervise and coordinate installation crews.
Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Monitor productivity and enforce safety standards.
Customer Service
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after projects.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all projects meet customer expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience (construction, landscaping, or fencing industry preferred).
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate crews in the field.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license required.
