This job as is for a sales agent – You are the boss. You want to join a sales-driven team training future managers and leaders who start in sales and learn to leverage AI for an edge over slow, outdated teams. Key Responsibilities

Learn and implement advanced business models, continuously adopting AI tools.

Master our managed service through training, demo the solution to prospects, and close deals under pressure.

Sell products you control, with tools, leaderboard visibility, and training at your disposal.

Train in energetic environments (Dallas, Orange County, San Diego), where you pay for your flight, but we cover food/lodging.

Return home or secure an apartment locally, based on sales commission earned after training.

Candidate Profile

Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience, sales, a self-training background, own startup, or internship—no training from scratch.

Analytical, data-driven (Excel expertise), quick learner, with fast data entry and automation skills.

Experience: Cold-calling, insurance, solar, business sales experience a plus; practice until perfect.

Type A, fitness and health-focused, competitive.

Recent grad or self-starting learner (18+), degree not required unless lacking experience.
