Bonuses are $30 for each sale after the first sale in a given week, or higher commission bonuses are $75. Room for growth as sales manager, managing sales team, tracking sales/costs, hiring, pay will then change to hourly position with bonuses. Preferred areas for door-knocking are Kyle/Buda, but can also work Austin, up north in Brushy Creek, and all the way down to San Marcos. Make your own hours. Low oversight, just want to see the sales come in.
Also looking for an experienced floor installer for decorative concrete coatings. $20/hour. Consider more if dependable, experienced and shows in your work. Need only one at the moment. Has room for growth into install team manager, which will include scheduling, hiring, managing estimates and projects and dispatching installers.
